Wedding Crèche Package

From £750

We will look after your children in a separate room ensuring your children are happy, having a fun filled time in a safe and secure environment.

Our wedding crèche package is great for adults wanting to enjoy some time at your wedding child free. We will set our creche up in an area at your venue which will ensure your children are safe and secure whilst in our care.


This package includes a consultation with the bride and groom to ensure we cater to your every need, a risk assessment of the area we will be using at your venue and coming to the venue early to set up ready for when everyone arrives. This price above also includes 4 hours child care for 5 children.


We will provide age appropriate toys and encourage all children to use their imaginations and bring their stories to life. Depending on the amount of time you book us for, we can provide a disco and age appropriate games and prizes for the children whilst in our care.


We will also set up a chill out area where children will have comfy beds made, ready for them to fall asleep on until parents come and collect them.


Additional hours and children can be added at £10 per hour per child.

Kim's Kids Corner

From £350

This package is a great opportunity for parents who would still like to be with their children but ensure they have some entertainment whilst at your wedding.

We will set up a selection of age appropriate toys in a corner of the room at the reception for children to explore. A minimum of 2 members of staff will oversee the children’s area ensuring everyone is having a magical time.


We will also provide a craft activity for up to 10 children however, you do have the option to add on extra crafts, games and prizes at an additional cost. During a Kim’s kids corner, Kim's Creche takes no responsibility for the children whilst at the wedding as parents or carers will be in the same room and must be responsible for their own children.


This package starts off at £150 set up fee which includes a consultation ensuring we work with you to give you the best package. This also includes the use of our equipment, a risk assessment of the kids corner and the time that is needed to set up before everyone arrives. We then charge £100 per hour.

Kim's Craft Tables

From £200

Craft stations are a great idea for whilst the ceremony or speeches are taking place which is when children’s attention may start to drift and they need some entertainment.

We will set up an area where we will supply up to 10 children with craft activities to keep them entertained.


If you have a theme you would like us to combine let us know and we will try our best to do this. We will also supply a selection of toys for under 2 year olds’ to ensure they are entertained alongside the older children. The station will be manned at all times.


This starts at £200 this includes a selection of craft available for 10 children and a box full of age appropriate toys for the younger children. Craft stations will be supervised for assistance only. Parents/carers must be present. You can add more children onto the craft stations, prices are to be discussed.

Kim's Cosy Corner

From £200

A great area for children to relax and wind down in towards the evening.

Our cosy corner will consist of tepees, books, games and tray tables for children to be able to go over and have a lie/sit down if they are feeling abit tired or overwhelmed. This would be set up in the same room as the reception for children to come and go as they please.


This is a service that we would set up and leave with yourselves for however long you would like. The price above includes 2 hours but more hours can be added at an additional £50 per hour.

Nanny Services

From £35

Kim’s Crèche can provide a nanny service for parents just wanting their own children taken care of.

The nanny can also take the little ones to their room and encourage them to go to bed, ready for yourselves or a family member to be with them later on that evening.


We can provide a small selection of toys and activities for your children. Craft activities can be provided at an extra cost of £7.50 per child.


Our nannies are available at £35 per hour per nanny for up to 3 children per nanny.


Nannies must be booked for a minimum of 4 hours.

Please note these prices do not include travel costs. We can confirm travel costs on consultation.


We will require 50% deposit unless agreed otherwise and 50% no later than 8 weeks before the wedding. Deposits will ensure your date is held and are non refundable.
